XNODE AGENTIC LLC ("we," "us") operates xnodeagentic.com and CRAWLI ONE (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle data.
1. What stays on your machine (CRAWLI ONE)
CRAWLI ONE is a local-first desktop application. The following data never leaves your device:
- Your imported AI chat archives (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Perplexity, etc.)
- Any conversations you have with CRAWLI ONE
- Queries to the local AI
- Files or attachments added to the app
- Local settings, preferences, and configuration
All AI inference runs locally on your hardware via Ollama. We do not collect, store, or transmit this data.
2. What we collect
To operate the business, we collect the minimum necessary:
- Email address — provided at purchase, used to deliver your activation code and billing communications
- Subscription status — managed by Stripe (active, past due, canceled)
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card details
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregate, cookieless pageview metrics for our websites
3. What we do NOT collect
- No in-app analytics or telemetry
- No tracking of how you use CRAWLI ONE
- No crash reports unless you explicitly submit them
- No data sold, rented, or shared with advertisers
- No data used to train AI models
4. Third-party services
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email
- Cloudflare — infrastructure, DNS, CDN, bot protection
- Google Workspace — business email
5. Your rights
You can request at any time: a copy of data we hold about you, deletion of your account and associated data, or correction of inaccurate information. Email support@crawlione.com.
6. Data retention
We retain email and subscription data while your subscription is active, plus 7 years thereafter for tax and accounting (as required by law). On deletion request, we remove all non-legally-required data within 30 days.
7. Security
Local data is encrypted via SQLite encryption on your device. Server-side data is stored in Cloudflare KV and managed via Stripe. All transmissions use TLS.
8. Children
Services are not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
Material changes will be announced by email and a prominent notice on xnodeagentic.com and crawlione.com. Latest version always at xnodeagentic.com/privacy-policy.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the products and services offered by XNODE AGENTIC LLC ("we," "us," "our"), including the website xnodeagentic.com, the website crawlione.com, and the CRAWLI ONE desktop application (collectively, the "Services"). By using any Service, you accept these Terms.
1. The Services
CRAWLI ONE is a local-first desktop application for importing, storing, and querying AI chat archives. XnodeAgentic also offers enterprise AI integration, biometric authentication, and defense & privacy services on a custom engagement basis.
2. Account
Paid CRAWLI ONE subscriptions require a valid email and payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your activation code. Sharing your activation code with others may result in revocation.
3. Subscription billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle
- Prices in USD; applicable taxes added at checkout where required
- Promotional pricing applies only for the duration specified

See our Refund Policy for complete details. Summary: 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchases; renewal charges generally non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is legally permitted
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software or activation codes
- Use the Services to violate any law or infringe third-party rights
- Use the Services to generate, store, or distribute illegal content
- Circumvent license verification, rate limits, or access controls
6. Intellectual property
CRAWLI ONE, its source code, design, branding, and trademarks are owned by XNODE AGENTIC LLC. Paid subscriptions grant you a personal, non-transferable license during your subscription period.
Content you import (your archives, queries, outputs) remains yours. We make no claim to it and do not access it.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. AI output disclaimer
CRAWLI ONE relies on local AI models (via Ollama, Gemma, LLaVA, etc.). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
9. Unsigned builds
Early CRAWLI ONE releases may not be code-signed and can trigger OS security warnings on first launch. This is not an indication of maliciousness. Code signing will be added as the business can fund certificates.
10. Changes to the Services
We may modify or discontinue features. Material negative changes to paid subscribers will trigger email notice and a pro-rated refund option.
11. Termination
We may terminate access for breach. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and uninstalling. Your local archive remains yours.
12. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the United States and the state of XNODE AGENTIC LLC's registration. Disputes resolved in that state's courts.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Latest version always at xnodeagentic.com/tos. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Refund Policy
Effective April 23, 2026
We want you satisfied with our products. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
14-day money-back guarantee
First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial CRAWLI ONE purchase — no questions asked. If it doesn't meet your needs, email support@crawlione.com and we'll refund the full amount.
Subscription renewals
Renewal charges are generally not refundable. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date at billing.xnodeagentic.com to avoid renewal.
If you were charged for an unintended renewal, contact us within 7 days and we'll review case-by-case.
Always refunded
- Charged but activation code never arrived (and couldn't be resolved)
- Software had a critical defect we couldn't fix within 30 days
- Charged for a tier you didn't order (billing error on our end)
- Duplicate charges
Not refunded
- Buyer's remorse after 14 days on initial purchases
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Moving to a different computer (your license works on the new machine — contact support)
- Account cancellation due to Terms of Service violations
How to request
Email support@crawlione.com with:
- The email used at purchase
- Approximate date of purchase
- Reason for the refund
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds process through Stripe, typically appearing in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — filing a chargeback without reaching out makes it harder to help you. Accounts with chargebacks may have service suspended pending resolution.
Enterprise services
Refund terms for enterprise engagements (AI integration, biometric authentication, defense & privacy) are negotiated per contract. Reach out to info@xnodeagentic.com for details.
